Are you accepting new patients, and how do I schedule my first appointment?
Yes, we are welcoming new patients at Vitality Dental. You can schedule your first visit online or by calling us at 615-885-1555. At your first appointment, we’ll review your dental/medical history, take any necessary X-rays, listen to your concerns, and create a plan together.

What services do you provide?
We offer comprehensive dentistry—preventative care (cleanings, exams), restorative treatments (crowns, bridges, implants, dentures), cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening, smile makeovers), specialty procedures (wisdom-teeth removal, All-on-4 implants) and emergency care.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
If you’re experiencing severe pain, a broken tooth or another urgent issue, call us immediately. We reserve time in our schedule to handle emergencies and aim to provide relief as quickly as possible.

Which insurance plans do you accept? What if I don’t have insurance?
We accept many major insurance providers (in-network with Aetna Extend, Cigna Health Springs Dental Allowance, BCBS of TN, etc.). However, we do not accept HMOs, TennCare or Medicaid. For patients without insurance, we offer an in-house dental membership plan so you can access quality care affordably.

We use modern dental technology, including 3D CBCT imaging, digital intraoral cameras and soft-tissue lasers to ensure accurate diagnostics and comfortable treatment. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Do you offer dental implants or full-arch replacement options?
Yes — we specialize in implant dentistry, including single-tooth implants and full-arch/hybrid (All-on-4) implant solutions. These options restore function and aesthetics with lasting results.

What are your location and office hours?
We are located at 2708 Old Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37214. Our hours are Monday–Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and we are closed Friday through Sunday. Call us at 615-885-1555 to schedule.
