Insurance Providers
At Vitality Dental, we want to make understanding your dental insurance as easy as possible. We are in network with select insurance plans and we also accept many out of network plans. We are in-network with Aetna (Aetna Extended Plans), Cigna Total DOOP Plans (Cigna Health Springs Dental Allowance, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBS FEP Blue and BCBS GRID Network and Grid and Grid Plus Networks), and Delta Dental (Premier Plans, but we will file PPO plans). Insurance participation can vary by specific plan, so we recommend verifying your individual benefits with our office before scheduling treatment.
Your Insurance Shouldn't Limit Your Dental Care
At Vitality Dental, we believe your dental care should be based on what you need, not what your insurance company decides to cover. Being out of network does not mean you can't receive care at our office. Many insurance plans provide out of network benefits, and we are happy to help you understand how those benefits may apply to your treatment. Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional, personalized dental care without compromising our standards based on insurance limitations.
We do not accept HMOs, DHMOs, United Concordia Active Military, Discount or prepaid plans, Humana Medicare, United Healthcare Medicare, or Delta Care USA.
Have TennCare or Medicaid?
Vitality Dental does not accept TennCare or Medicaid plans. This includes TennCare plans administered through other insurance companies or health plans, including Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup), BlueCare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, TennCare Select, Ambetter, and Renaissance/TennCare Dental. If your dental coverage is through TennCare or Medicaid, we are unable to accept the plan, regardless of the name of the insurance company or plan listed on your card. Please note: This list is not exhaustive. If you have TennCare or Medicaid coverage and are unsure whether your plan is accepted, please contact our office before scheduling an appointment and we'll be happy to help you determine whether your specific plan is accepted.
